David ONeal of First National Business Corporation

David O’Neal is owner-operator of FNBC Lake of the Ozarks, a fully accredited affiliate office in the USBB system. David brings a wide variety of business management and ownership experience to the FNBC/USBB network. David’s job experience started in 1978 with a precision metal fabrication company. He was employed and began working on the manufacturing plant floor operating metal fabricating machines, CNC turret punch presses, press brakes, welders, etc. After two years of production experience, the company assigned him as CNC machine programmer, reading orthographic projected drawings and laying out the fabricated parts on flat sheets of metal for fabrication. He programmed fabricating machines for another two years and was then moved into a management position. His assignment was managing production and overseeing purchasing and finally he became general manager for the next seven years. This company was sold in 1989. That same year he decided to start his own fabricating company. The new company fabricated and finished precision metal enclosures for the electronic and medical professions. The company employed about 40 production and administrative people, and had several sales representatives nation wide. David personally managed all facets of the corporation until he sold his corporation in 2000 with the help of the FNBC business brokerage office in Springfield, MO. David says that the FNBC management of the sale of his company made his business selling project an educational and successful experience. David spent the next four years enjoying his three children and traveling. Then, after some thought and discussion, David realized he would enjoy owning a business brokerage, so David opened FNBC Lake of the Ozarks, Inc., which is a full service business and real estate brokerage dedicated to making people’s buying and selling of businesses a personally fulfilling and positive experience.
