Seller Financing: Seller will negotiate financing

This is a turnkey biodiesel manufacturing acquisition whereby the buyer can purchase a biodiesel production unit capable of producing up to 1.5 million gallons per year and have it placed within the inherent infrastructure of a large-scale, state of the art biodiesel refinery plant. The purchase includes equipment, installation, start-up and a 30-day supply of feedstock. The equipment includes a pretreatment unit for production from lower quality and lower cost feed stocks, a trans-esterification module producing biodiesel that meets ASTM D6751 (US) and EN 14214 (European) quality, a distillation unit to improve biodiesel quality for winterization purposes and a distillation unit to achieve high purity glycerin.

This new generation modular equipment is continuous flow, waterless wash, operationally efficient, expandable and skid mounted with remote access to monitor equipment activity from the comfort of home or office. In addition to equipment, this turnkey acquisition includes a fee based management and operations program whereby the seller will operate, maintain and manage the buyer's equipment on their behalf within the confines of an existing facility as well as negotiate feedstock purchase contracts and biodiesel and glycerin sale contracts.

The existing plant has operating permits and licenses, transportation infrastructure, utilities systems, storage tanks for feedstock and product, consumable chemicals, data monitoring and process control systems, laboratory testing facilities and the ongoing operation of a facility with technical, administrative and financial professionals.
